Bug in Far WinSCP - copying of files with % in names

I have lots of files with %coded filenames, for example %D1%81%D0%BE%D0%B4.txt and when I try to copy it to a local computer all "%" became "%25": %25D1%2581%25D0%25BE%25D0%25B4.txt

This is one-way bug - copying to remote dir is OK.

May be it could be tuned in Options of WinSCP plugin?
