cannot connect

I'm getting a "Site does not exist" message when I try to connect. Can anyone suggest why this might be :?:

thanks for getting back. i really don't know of any other ftp site i can connect to to test this. does it matter that i am trying to connect to a https:// or a dot-tv site :?:

I've meant if you can try other client than WinSCP?

No, WinSCP is the only client installed on my computer at this time.
