Network error: Cannot send after socket shutdown

Hi,

I try copying a 6MB zip file to my disk at my ISP but after copying 5.5MB (or so), the transfer stops and I get the message:

Network error: Cannot send after socket shutdown

I tried multiple times, both with WinSCP2 and 3. The ISP disk is not full, I checked that.

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Bart.

Re: Network error: Cannot send after socket shutdown

No idea :-(
Please try to select different version of SSH protocol, different encryption or different transfer protocol (SFTP with Version 3.0 beta).

I tried SSH Protocol version 1 but the ISP doesn't support it, they only do 2.
SFTP the ISP also does not support.
I mailed the ISP, because I am getting more strange errors SCP-ing to them.
I'll let you know what comes out.
Cheers,
Bart.

Now I get:

Software caused connection abort

Could you tell me what this error means and what conditions cause it to show?
Cheers,
Bart.
