No root login on sshd

What do I do if "no root login" is set in the sshd_config (for security reasons) and I need scripted access via WinSCP to the logs in /var/log/httpd on the remote side?

Normal users are usually not allowed to access these log as you may know, on linux systems.

Any ideas on this?

TIA.

Nope. Still can't make it work. I added "adrian_vg ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL" to sudoers file on my fedora core 5-install. Still no go.

Shouldn't this be enough.
