exit status 11 with winscp 4.0.4 build 346

I have openssh 3.4p2 and winscp 4.0.4. When i try to connect through sftp(winscp) i obtain that error code. How can I fix that?

Most probable reason is that the SSH server is not able to find/execute a SFTP server binary.
