PC Tools Firewall Plus blocks acceptance of password

I just installed PC Tools Firewall Plus, and now I can't login to any of my saved sessions on my own server. It starts the connection, but then asks for the password, saying it wasn't right.

It doesn't matter whether i do sftp on port 1449 or ftp on port 21, the same failure happens.

When i look at the firewall activity, it shows complete success in accessing all inbound and outbound connections for the attempts. Just to be safe i also said in the config settings to 'allow all'.

I CAN login to other hosting accounts on other servers, just not on my OWN server (I'm using cPanel/WebHostManager).

I use PC Tools Firewall Plus 5.0.0.36.
By using FTP you must activate under Connection the passiv mode.
