problem setting up textpad external editor on winscp

Running into problems when setting up textpad on winscp:

winscp version: 4.1.16.412
textpad.exe v4


steps:
1. download textpad.exe runs fine as stand alone
2. log into winscp.
3. select options->preferences->editors->Add->textpad.exe
4.attempt to open a file message returned:
Installshield:
command line parameters:
/L language ID
/S Hide intilization dialog. For silent mode use: /S
/V parameters to MsiExec.exe
/UA<url to InstMsiA.exe>
/UW<url to InstMsiW.exe>
/UM<url to mis package>

It looks like you have configured path to textpad setup application instead of to textpad application itself.
