Why does it say "Connection Failed"?

Hi, I'm Hila and I'm new to this whole thing.
I've been trying (several times) to make my WinSCP work but I've failed. I've written the URL code of the website I'm working with at the "host" part and tried to sign in using my username and password at the site. Then, it failed so I tried out my IP address ("host") and my own username and password in my computer, since that's the one I'm using to upload plugins into the WordPress of the site. Failure again.

That's the error message:

"The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.
Connection failed."

Something like that, but in Hebrew.

Please please help me, I need it to be fixed right away!
Thanx in advance. :)

What exactly do you put to "host. When you mention URL, are you aware that you should put there only the hostname, not complete url like http://hostname/?

Well, I don't really know what to put there.
My username at that website is "webmaster", but it says later that I need to put the username and password. Culd you please give me an example of how to deal with it?

Sounds unlikely that the website is webmaster. webmaster is usually used for username.
