Hi, Martin,
Startin 4.2 versions i'm getting dummy window with ok button. How can i suppress it? :-(

Pressing OK successfully connects me to the server.

Is it annoying to click "OK" redundantly in this case? Because we just click "OK" for our username and password.

This is new behavior since 4.2.1. In other words, it works very smoothly in 4.1.9.
