Can't login using WinSCP

Hi

Every time I try to log into an ssh-server, I get:
"Network Error: Connection refused"
I am using v4.22 and have previously tried and failed with 4.19
I have tried disabling my firewall and there should not be any proxies in the way. I am running WinXP Home SP3 and the point is:
I can log in perfectly well using PUTTY, however not at all using WinSCP.

Thanks for any help!

See logging tab of PuTTY login dialog. Select "All session output" and choose file.
Anyway you have removed important infomation from the WinSCP log file. As it is, it is useless for me. If you do not want to post it in clear here, you can send the logs to my by an email.

You will find my address (if you log in) in my forum profile.
