stupid bugs waste my 2 days to figure out whats going on
i been using winscp over many years i am never have a this kind a problem before . i do some translation in my computer using notepadd++ files coded with iso-8859-9 format , once you transfer into server some of turkish crackters look bad , if i edit the files into server with winscp editor no problem cracters saves and look ok . i use ws ftp to transfer same files into my server no problem happen, i am guest maybe binary / ascii transfer dedection its not working corectly on winscp. i try to change some stettin in preferecnce but i its not solve the problem. i download files (recently i upload with wsftp ) and i re upload with winscp and i opened look fine.
