How to register for Tracker?

I was going to post my feature request in the Tracker, but I could not figure out how to register! I posted it in forum though under feature request.

Is it possible to register for the tracker, or is it reserved for developers only?

P.S.- I have been using FileZilla for 3+ years, and just came across WinSCP today ... WinSCP is FAR superior... too bad I didn't find WinSCP 3 years ago instead!
