could not retrieve..Protection level negoti. failed help!

Hi ,
I have this problem. I use WINSCP 4.2.7 . I'm using a SSL explicit encryption. When i click login, I get this message:

Could not retrieve directory listing
Protection level negotiation failed.

What am I doing wrong?
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
