Is FTPS implicit w/ SSL certificate authentication possible?

I have a need to conect to an FTPS server that uses implicit encryption and requires authentication using SSL certificate. In CuteFTP it is possible to specify this in general options under Security->SSL Security->Use SSL certificate when authenticating (I am just saying this, so you know I did not make it up). I have searched both forum and google, but was not able to find anything. Is this at all possible with WinSCP? If not do you know of a free client that is capable of doing this?
