invalid password

So WinSCP thinks my password is invalid for some reason even though I know it's correct. I'm not very tech savvy and never have done anything with Win SCP other than update my software nore have I had a problem with it in the 2 years I've been using it. Can someone please help me out?

It's not WinSCP, it is the server you are conneting to that reject your password. You should contact your server administrator.
