Autthenicating With Pre-Entered Password

when i put my host ip, Username: root, Password: Alpine and i click it it start to show me this

Connecting To Host....
Authenticating.....
Using Uername "root".
Authenticating With Pre-Entered Password
Acess Denied.

Annyone can help me? been trying to fix more then 1 hour.

Assume that u r using small-letters for pwd 'alpine'
