Turning Off the .Part file option using .NET

We are testing the use of your application for all of our proticals and it appears to work fairly well. We have encountered a problem recently with a partner that does not allow the rename of the .PART file to the actual file name when the transfer completes.

I do not see a switch for shutting this feature off using VB .NET. What options are available to work around this issue? The partner refuses to change it's permission settings.

We have version 5.0.7.2268 installed.
