Error message from server: Not allowed to rename files

I'm trying to create a new file transfer process, and when I run the script I receive the following error message. Could someone help me intrepid what it is telling me, and how to go about fixing it?

/FCOE/GENLEDGE
Dr-xr-x--- 0 512 Apr 17 15:59:13 2013 ..
C:pudcharge20130416.dat | 703 KiB | 573.9 KiB/s | binary | 100%
Transfer was successfully finished, but temporary transfer file 'pudcharge201304
16.dat.filepart' could not be renamed to target file name 'pudcharge20130416.dat
'. If the problem persists, you may try to turn off transfer resume support.
Permission denied.

Re: Error message from server: Not allowed to rename files

Thanks Martin
I followed the directions and the file no longer is being passed with the .filepart extension. However the transfer is still not taking place. I'm now getting an error code of 4. I'm starting to think that it may be a permissions issue based on the rights setting of "xr-x---", what do you think?
Also what is an error code 4 mean?

Please share complete error message. Or even better a complete session log file.
Otherwise I can only point you to:

Re: Error message from server: Not allowed to rename files

Sorry, no idea. Looks like an internal error of the SFTP server. Please contact their support.
