I saw this bug in the previous versions too :
When dragging the panel splitter the Local drives and Remote folders select boxes are shrinking and does not come back to the previous state when moving the splitter again ..

Hm, it works for me. What is your version of Windows? Anyway, you may expand the boxes yourself by double-clicking the "handle" of the bar.

I am using Win XP.
The problem is the same even if I move the splitter to left or right, that "size wrap" should work fine but doesn't. Normally when I drag the splitter the controls should come to their initial size ..
Anyway - I have a few feature requests too (if it's possible) :
1 : ability to change the background color of the panels, maybe individually.
2. undockable, and movable folder Tree list (in NC interface)
3. A history of the folder access (like in any web broser) .
4. (an old one) Ability to minimize winSCP to system tray.
5. Baloon tooltips for background notifications .
Keep up the good work,
Emil Tamas

Me too :-). Can you send me a screenshot before and after moving the splitter? Maybe it happen only with certain placement of the bars.

I have this already on the wishlist. However I do not like idea of changing colors, because it may conflict with Windows schemes.
2. undockable, and movable folder Tree list (in NC interface)
You want to have the tree in separate window?
3. A history of the folder access (like in any web broser).
Last 5 directories are in drop down menu on "back button" (like in web browser). Complete history is in drop down menu on "Open directory" dialog.
4. (an old one) Ability to minimize winSCP to system tray.
It is also still on he wishlist, but also I do not like it. I do not think that WinSCP is the kind of program to be placed in the tray. Anyway, there are plenty of tools that can place any program to tray. See respective entry in Putty wishlist.
5. Baloon tooltips for background notifications.
What notifications?

1.Yes, just gimme your email adress , mine is emil [*at*] mynetrealty [*dot*] com
2. total commander has this option, it doesn't have any conflict with the windows color scheme .
3. Great.
4. I am using WinSCP very often and I preffer to keep the program open all the time, but I don't use it all the time, so it's just keeping the taskbar space occupied, and I have plenty of tools for that, I have dreamweaver, zend studio, psdpad, firefox, yahoo messenger opened all the time, so, for me, the taskbar space is a problem.
5. Notifications on complete tranfers that run in background or transfer errors .
6. another feature request - It would be nice to specify only certain folders to be monitored for modifications, for example, only 3 certain files, in general, a new feature "Keep certain files up to date"
7. How would you like a new modern site interface (not now, in a few weeks... ) ? for free :)

It is on my webpage, the link is in my forum profile (on the left).

OK, I consider that. With some pain you may achieve this by excluding all other files using "Exclude file mask". However it is not a nice solution :-)

Sure I would love to :-)

I have authorized your ICQ request.
