Permissions for viewing the directory

Strange issue.... seeing the directory of a remote site
Have two SFTP targets in two outside companies, two separate logins, etc. Don't know what kind of SFTP Servers these are.

The front end shows the remote directory in both of them.
Command line "dir" displays the list of files for one of them.
The other site... I get:
Error message from server: User [MyLoginId] has no view rights to [/Prod/Etc/Out]

How can the WinSCP client gets and displays the contents of a remote folder, while the command line "dir" does not have permissions to view the darn folder?

The answer is No. Did not install another client. But thought have enough info to conclude that something funny. Another SFTP destination + another account, but the command line "dir" does work.

Mystery solved - the path case sensitive

Have you tried using the command ls?
Is the path of the directory you are connecting to/Prod/Etc/Out ?

Heard from the vendor that this was an IBM Sterling Integrator SFTP machine.

The path that I was given .... ..../out.... but the actual location was .../OUT/...

Used other SFTP servers, but only this one had the case sensitivity issue.
This kind of frustration and waste of time.... is way too stupid.
