beta version /newinstance parameter

Hi folks,

Anyone using this parameter? If so, is it reliable/problematic?

Any special considerations when using it?

Also, is there someplace I can find the requirement which prompted the development of this feature?

We are considering this parameter as a possible solution for an issue we encountered with a Windows Server 2008 R2 scheduled task in which WinSCP.com just stopped working even though the script above and below the WinSCP.com calls was still functioning normally. A reboot fixed the issue.

The switch /NewInstance does not work for scripting.
