create blank file

Hi folks!

It would be nice, if there would be any possibility creating a new blank file like the folder option with the shortkey F7.

There is a little mistake in the german translation. "Bearbiete"-->"Bearbeite", but better german would be "Erstelle neue Datei".

I fixed the mistake and changed the entry to
"Erstellen u. Bearbeiten einer &neuen Datei"
I think thisa describes what is happening when the user selects this menuentry.
