server unexpectedly closed network connection

I am using WinSCP for a web development class in school. I have been using it for 2 months no problems, but today every time I try to login I get the error server unexpectedly closed network connection. I have looked a FAQ but don't understand where to go because I have not much experience with using the product. I am trying to connect to the school's server from home but it is not letting me. But if I am at school I can connect to the server. Can anyone please help me??

Re: server unexpectedly closed network connection

Did you read this?
https://winscp.net/eng/docs/message_unexpected_close

If it does not help, please attach a full log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.
