How to search a file?

I run a call center. All the calls from server is not required for me. I need only few recordings. How to search a single file in the whole folder? I tried all the options there in the Filter but it didn't work. The files will be named like the customer phone number with the date of call. I want to search using the customer phone number. Kindly help.
