i think the problem start when i changed my modem...though is has no problems with connection or anything
but i dont know if its normal..
im trying to upload my files.
and takes toooooooooo long
for a file of 2 sec...it takes minutes
and when its finally done...today i noticed some hours later
that my pages on my domain..where blank!!!
so i check my files in winscp and they are missing!
and it happend again some days ago...
i talk to the company that owns the server..and they tell me the have no problems.. as always
so i hope someone can guess or know for sure cause i pay for my site and lately i dont have any cause of these problems...

Re: Lost connection and files disappear

Please attach a full log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Hi,
is there some news bout this issue? I am experiencing exactly the same - I upload files to FTP, the connection is lost, I reconnect... it may get lost more times, then it finally transfers the file.
I check the server (in browser), the file is there. But after a couple of minutes the file is missing, and if I connect to FTP to check it it's not there anymore.

Thanks.

SAME PROBLEM.
please mail me, u would make my day.

problem is:

i cant upload files into winSCP, i get a server error, and in the process of pasting the files (at like 21%) it stops, gives the error with no connection, and i have to restart my server with the ip and username password.
I did turn off laptop firewall and router firewall, still doesnt work.
