FTPS behind NAT firewall

Hi;

i have an FTPS website configured on IIS8.0 which i am accessing perfectly with Internet explorer as well as from WinScp client 575 within company LAN, things were working fine before the service was tested from one of our corporate clients network who was working behind a firewall which was also doing IP NAT.

when the client initiated the connection to NAT IP, it entered into our network and again NATed to my FTPS server real IP. after authentication the server responds back with its IP and an open data port to client. unfortunately the local IP of my server also exists so they are unable to create some routing rule. we muse the work around by setting "Force IP address for passive mode connection" parameter and winscp client connected from client premises.

now i want to configure same setting in Internet explorer so that client can ignore the orignal published ip of the server and force the connection on NAT IP. any help in this regard will be helpful.

Are you asking how to configure "Force IP address for passive mode connection"-like option in Internet Explorer?
