Error editing and downloading .htaccess files

Hello

I'm having an error when I edit and download .htaccess files
It says Error 404 File Not Found when the file exists on the server.

I am using WinSCP version 5.13.6 on WebDAV, Windows 8.1 64 bit, using the GUI.

Can you download the file using any other WebDAV client?

I am also having this same issue.
.htaccess files aren't being unable to open/view and/or download it when it is in remote side (Linux), in local side (Windows) I can open, edit and upload with no problems.

And I have the same question:
