Sync script upload delay

This is how I write the script:

open ftp://********
option reconnecttime off
synchronize remote -delete D:\FTP\MPZ\TH\send /send
exit

It is schedule to run every hour between 8pm - 8am.
The file, named S1_D12_C1_P61.MPZ, was found new at 20:01 on 26/6.

But the upload was taken place at 03:08 on 27/6.

Please post a log file on Normal logging level (not on Reduced).
