Too many parameters in open command

Hello, I'm getting the error message:

Too many parameters for command 'open'.

I can't see why:
The open command is:

open sftp://spa_user@86.12.166.19 -hostkey="ssh-dss 1024 04:49:a0:63:1c:66:9e:a8:bc:21:57:72:a9:75:c8:a8"
