Keeping directory up to date - problem while using ftp

WinSCP Version: 5.0.2 Beta
I have never used winscp with ftp before, so i can't tell whether this problem occurs only i 5.x version
Windows 7 ultimate x64
Protocol: FTP (with sftp / scp everything is ok) - Server: Pure-ftpd (newest version, debian 6.0 x64)
Description:

I'm using winscp to sync files between my pc and server. I am using 'Keep remote directory up 2 date' with default options. Everything goes fine, until I modify local file in the same minute than before. Then, sync window prints 'Change in (...) detected' but doesn't upload file. I have to wait for next minute in local time to properly sync file. The problem could be, that remote file system does not support seconds in time, the solution could be to store uploded files modyfication time in array and compare with local time.

Example:

LOCAL FILE MOD TIME -> REMOTE FILE MOD TIME -> ACTION
10:00:00 -> 10:00 -> No upload
10:01:15 -> 10:01 -> No upload
10:01:59 -> 10:00 -> Upload
10:02:00 -> 10:01 -> Upload

I attach screenshot of sync window and both directories.
