Use Winscp On Local Imac Web Server

Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible to use Winscp on a local network. I have setup my Imac as a local server, and would like to use Winscp on my Windows machine to edit and upload files to the Imac server. Is this possible? I only have the web server on the Imac running. from what I can see, Winscp can only log into a FTP?

WinSCP can login to SSH (SFTP/SCP) and FTP server. I would guess that iMac has one of them, though I have never used iMac, so I'm not sure.
