file transfering stopped working

I have been using WinSCP for a while now to transfer files between my computer and some servers but this morning it stopped working. A half hour ago it was working, but then after I updated a file and tried to move it to the server I get this error message:

Server sent disconnect message
type 2 (protocol error)
"Packet corrupt"

I get this message after trying to transfer a few different files to a few different servers, so I don't think the problem is with the file or server. I had this problem with an older version of WinSCP and upgrading to 4.3.5 did nothing to help. This problem is very frustrating to me because it just stopped working out of the blue and I need it to work for a time sensitive project I am working on. Here's all the other information I have:
WinSCP version: 4.3.5

Can you send me an email, so I can send you back a debug version of WinSCP to track the problem? Please include link back to this topic in your email. Also note in this topic that you have sent the email. Thanks.

You will find my address (if you log in) in my forum profile.
