Create script on 2008 server to start WinSCP,login,SYNC

Greetings,

Is it possible to create a script in WinSCPv4.3.5 that will start WinSCP at bootup, login to SFTP host via SSH, and start the "Keep Remote Directory Up To Date" via SFTP(SCP)?

WinSCPv4.3.5 is installed on Windows Server 2008.
