Error "Copying files to remote side failed."

I have a script that creates a log then users WinSCP to upload the log file. I am using the following command syntax:

COMMAND:
winscp.com /ini=nul /log=ftp.log /command "option batch abort" "option confirm off" "open ftp://[username]:[password]@ftp.[company].org:21212/" "put SystemCheck_7501234.log /SystemCheckLogs/*" "exit"

1) sending to this port behind my firewall fails, but it works from outside.(from log results below you can see I can reach this server/port successfully). Some commands like ls, get, put fail.
2) my most relevant concern, however is: the above script prompts me to abort or reconnect even though I specify "option batch abort" Shouldn't this cause it to automatically select "abort"?

COMMAND LINE OUTPUT:
batch           abort
confirm         off
Connecting to ftp.[company].org:21212 ...

Reconnect prompt is an exception:

Unless the prompt has different default answer (such as default “Reconnect” answer for reconnect prompt), in what case the default answer is used (after short time interval). See also reconnecttime option below.

See https://winscp.net/eng/docs/scriptcommand_option

Re: Error "Copying files to remote side failed."

So it is behaving as expected. Bummer.
Unfortunately the default behavior is to "Reconnect" and this will go on endlessly.

Is there anyway to change the default behavior to "abort". Then I would just set the reconnect time low and let it abort.

I desire to suppress all commandline output by running winscp.EXE without the /console option, unfortunately, as I found out while testing last night, this will leave the 'hidden' (as in not obvious to the user) process running for hours as it tries to reconnect.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have!

Set reconnecttime to 1 and it will try to reconnect at most once, if at all.
The next version will automatically limit reconnect time in batch mode:
