drag and drop problem with overriding files

I have the problem, that drag and drop does not work as expected. I drag a file from the remote machine, which alredy existe on a local drive, to the local drive. I expect that I get a dialog box which ask me to override the file as I get if I press F5.

The program work as it would copy the file. But the local file was not overwritten. So when I did not know the the file is already in the local drive I would think that it was properly copied. And work with an old state of the file not with the state I tried to copy.

I think that this is a bug. If I'm wrong please tell me what I must do to get the behaviour which I expected.

Thanks

Do you drag file from remote panel to local panel (within WinSCP) or to another application (probably Windows Explorer)?

Which version of WinSCP are you using? Please also post a log file, if you can.
