Override dialog behaves incorrect

Winscp Version 3.6.1. build 221

When I copy a file from remote to a local directory an the file is already in the local directory I get a dialog box. When I press copy then a new dialog box pop ups an ask to overide the file.

If I close the dialog box with pressing on the x button in the title of the window the File in the local directory is overwritten. I think this is a wrong behauviour.

The Answer of the dialog box should be count as cancel.

Re: Override dialog behaves incorrect

What protocol, SCP or SFTP? If SFTP do you have transfer resume enabled for the particular transfer?

Re: Override dialog behaves incorrect

I tested it with both protocols and the failure was reproducible with scp and sftp independent if resume was enable or disabled
