Please update to PuTTY 0.69

It is very important, please update all branches to PuTTY 0.69: https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/.

The next version of WinSCP (5.9.6) will be based on 0.69.

Though why is it "very important"? What problem do you have with the current version?
