Keepalives by default for all new connections

Greetings.
I have wireless 3g internet and WinSCP losts all connections (with ethernet all works good).
To resolve issue I turn ON keepalives.
How I can to check keepalive by default for all new connections?

O Login dialog, you can use Manage > Set Defaults to change default site settings for new site.
