Request; change font color of internal editor globally.

Hi,
I love the internal editor for simple edits, and I know it's not meant to be a full-fledged editor (syntax highlighting etc) - but I would love to see the option to change the font color, as well as the background, on a global basis.

I know the background can be changed per session based on the session 'color', but I tend not to use this feature that much.
