Timezone offset is only stored for current session

Usecase:



When setting a Timezone offset for a connection and then save the connection

Open WinSCP
Selecting an existing connection
Click "Edit"
Click "Advanced"
Set Timezone
Click Save
Login, Timezone setting is active. :-)
Then Logout and quit WinSCP.
Then open WinSCP again,
and login again with the same Connection
Timezone setting no longer active! :-(

I'm using 5.7.4 on WIN7 64.
