Error when setting "Open PuTTY in the same directory as WinSCP"

Hi:
I typed the PuTTY command line in my Windows DOS as the track entry https://winscp.net/eng/docs/integration_putty#putty_startup_directory
And I received a warning

PuTTY command line error: unexpected argument 'echo'

"Local echo" and "local line editing" were both set "force on", but it still didn't work. Is there any settings I missed?
