Synchronize question

I really like this tool. But I have a question. I am using the "synchronize" command, to try and keep a local PC version of a directory structure in sync with a remote version on a unix machine. I use the "local" option. It only seems to copy a file down to the PC if the time stamp on the unix server is greater than the existing time stamp on the PC. I really need it to copy the file whenever the timestamp is not equal. This way if a file is recovered onto the unix machine, with an older date than the PC has, it will still get pulled down when I sync. Is there any way to do this in WinSCP?
