chance server via ssh

Well I'm a newby so sorry for my ignorance.
This is my problem:
I've to reach a server and then login via ssh with another.
Is it possible to make this with winscp?
I'm able to reach the first server but when I try to use the ssh commands with the open terminal it gives me error....

I maybe possible with WinSCP, but I have never done it. Please search the forum, you'll find posts from other users about the topic.
