change file namens while uploading from to (htm = html)

When I want to upload files with HTM extensions in FTP I can use "Convert and then type htm=html". What can I do with Win SCP? If I do this with a directory (*.html) it changes the directory name but not the files within.

Do not upload the directory. Upload (select) the files within.
