Set Endurance Preferences for Custom Instal

I'm looking at whether or not I can set the Endurance Preference so that the 3 "Automatic reconnect" boxes are unchecked on installation of WinSCP. This is for a custom installation.

Sure you can, just set the registry accordingly.
