Unable to start another winscp instance while copying files.

Hi,

I'm using version 5.9 and while copying files I tried opening another winscp instance (double clicking the winscp icon).
I failed to do so and it the new instance started only when the copy finished.

is this the correct way?
I know that if I start two instances and copy in one of them, the other keeps working properly, so this looks a little bizarre...

any thoughs?
