CAN NOT Scroll in the file explorer

WinSCP Version:5.9.2 (Build 6958)
Enviroment: Windows 10 (Build 1607 release) on Microsoft Surface Book 1
GUI Interface Style:Explorer

I CAN NOT use the surface touch pad to scroll the file list explorer on the right with two fingers, but NOT index tree on the left or scrolling by the mouse.

And this problem appears only on Surface Book 1,NOT other laptop PC.
