Save Settings in Dropbox results in "Error writing to file"

Hello,

since a few weeks I get an error message every time I change the winscp.ini. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a solution yet:

---------------------------
Error - WinSCP
---------------------------
Error writing to file 'C:\Users\xxx\Dropbox\xxx\WinSCP.ini'
---------------------------
System error.  Code: 32.
The process cannot access the file because it is used by another process.
---------------------------
OK Help
---------------------------
Yeah, WinSCP is in my dropbox. But that was never a problem the last years. Is it WinSCP? Has anything been changed there? Or has anything changed at the Dropbox Client? I would like to continue synchronizing my hosts.

Regards
Fabian

Can you overwrite the INI file using any other application?

Yes, no problem with other applicatiosn. That was my mistake, I forgot to mention that the settings are successfully written from WinSCP too. The problem is just the error message.

Example:
- open WinSCP, open connection
- change dir on remote site
- close session
- error message
- client closes, settings saved

I have sent you an email with a debug version of WinSCP to the address you have used to register on this forum.
