Using WInScp/Automation

Hello
I have a website & DB that i'm trying to backup automatically to my backup server
I have installed WINSCP, I have connected to my website as you can see in the Attachment
what i am trying to do is automatically backup my website and website database to my backup server everyday at a specific time using WINSCP
is there a youtube or instructions on how to automate that is clear an concise
right now i am using Filezilla "manually" and MySQLDump for the DB manually
