Local and remote is 1 hour different.

I am sorry for my English.
My local PC is with WinXP SP3.
If remote server is with Win OS, all is OK.
But if remote server is with Unix OS - time transfer file is +1 hour.
Transfer protocol mus be FTP only.
How transfer from WinXP SP3 to Unix and FTP transfer protocol with correct time?
Thank You for help me.

Re: Local and remote is 1 hour different.

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP). Select a single file for the test. Tell us what timestamp do you see in a remote panel before a transfer, if that's correct or not and why. And what timestamp does a local file have after the transfer (or other way around, if you are uploading).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Re: Local and remote is 1 hour different.

It does not look like 1 hour difference problem.
It actually looks like the server is not able to update file timestamp at all.
The timestamp of the remove file is a time of the upload.
